I couldn’t recommend Christine highly enough! From start to finish she was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process of selling our home. It was a stressful time for us especially when the market was slower than we expected but Christine worked tirelessly. She was constantly communicating with us, running opens, following up every potential buyer and keeping us informed every step of the way. Christine was amazing to work with and made selling our home as smooth as possible. Her communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and she was always accommodating and available to answer our questions. Since this was our first time selling a house, her guidance was invaluable. Her sense of urgency really stood out, and we felt valued and like a priority throughout. We very much wished to rent a property in Marina East and Keeping It Realty were the letting agents. We were extremely impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, thoroughness and ease of communication. They were responsive at all times. In inspecting the property during our stay they were extremely thorough with photographs of everything, and if I had been the owner of the property, I would’ve been extremely satisfied with their attention to detail. I would highly recommend them as a letting agent if one had a property to let and would be only too happy to deal with them again

Keeping it realty have been looking after my rental for 3 years and have also just sold it for me aswell. Fantastic professional service always happy to help and go behold what is expected. We’ve honestly had a brilliant experience with our property manager (Maren) and her whole team. They’ve been incredibly kind, always ready to listen, and super quick to help out when needed. Every time we had a question or an issue, they were straight onto it. Couldn’t be happier with how supportive they’ve been!

I didn’t like the way she responded. Due to traffic, I was late for 5 min and she said,”sorry I can’t open again for you, I closed all the window and door.” I said I got stuck due to heavy traffic. Then also she didn’t do anything. That was very disappointing
Response from the owner:Thanks for the feedback. The rental viewing was publicly advertised for 5:30pm - 5:50pm. You arrived after 6:00pm, after the property manager had turned everything off, locked everything up and wound down all the window roller shutters. She apologised that she couldn't show you through the property as she had to get to another appointment and didn't want to be late. Perhaps in future, try to arrive on time, as most property managers adhere to fixed appointment blocks and must lock up and depart on schedule to reach their next viewing.

Christine just sold our property in Port Noarlunga and we can’t speak more highly of her. Keeping it realty have looked after us as tenants, landlords and now vendors. They hold the utmost integrity and really treat your property like it was there own. Christine organised all of the trades to get the property ready for sale as we are interstate and took so much of the stress away for us. Her communication is fantastic and kept us posted on progress and plans the whole way through. I can’t recommend Christine and the team at Keeping it Realty any higher. We met Christine at an open house and then ended up chatting with her to help us sell our place. From the first meeting we had with Christine we knew she was going to be perfect to help us. She was the most helpful agent we could’ve hoped for, and made the process so easy.
