Cathy brings the ability and knowledge required to facilitate an effective and efficient office, as well as a work background and personal acumen for quality customer service. Cathy’s portfolio of skills have been developed through the completion of a Diploma in Business Administration and an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management. Her ability to provide superior service has been fostered through her experiences as a restaurant waitress and her previous career as Secretary for a boutique accounting firm, where she excelled over the last 10 years.
Detail-orientation and high-level organisation are vital ingredients in any efficient, high-quality operation and Cathy possesses these as natural traits. Customers will be reassured by Cathy’s ability and professionalism, and by her friendly smile.
When Cathy is not in the office she is probably enjoying time with her husband and their two children, Evie and Jack. Work life is balanced with a healthy dose of entertaining, dining out or spending the day at family-friendly wineries.
